Chubb launches new Chubb Studio platform for its partners and clients

Chubb, a renowned leading insurance provider, has reportedly announced the launch of Chubb Studio, a new platform that would streamline and simplify the circulation of its insurance products from its partners’ digital channels spread across the globe.

The new platform allows Chubb’s partners in e-commerce, retail, fintech, banking, telecommunications, airline, and other industries to add options regarding digital insurance to their product as well as service offerings.

Chubb studio offers its partner firms digital access to the company’s extensive series of customer insurance products, including customer services, claims, small business insurance, mobile phone and travel insurance, personal accident, residential and contents, and supplemental health and life insurance.

Chief Risk Officer and Chief Digital Officer, Chubb, Sean Ringsted stated that Chubb Studio offers significant speed to market for its partners and provides a scalable and secure platform with several APIs to make the process more simple. A job that took months to finish could now be completed in days.

Ringsted further added that it is what the company calls ‘insurance in a box’. Chubb manages insurance related tasks like claims and underwriting that Chubb Studio then has digitally wrapped, enabling partners to deploy insurance opportunities to their consumers rapidly. The new Chubb platform offers a full series of integration options for its partner firms - from website to widget to deeper within the deployments.

Chubb Studio’s capabilities build on the success of the digital strategy of the company to ink distribution partnerships with top brands across the globe. prior to the launch of the new platform, the company had over 150 distribution partnerships across the world. Four partnerships reportedly announced in the past three years have granted the company access to more than 60 million consumers in Latin America and Asia.
