Gurgaon-based health-tech startup Pristyn Care has reportedly secured USD 53 million during a Series D funding round which was led by U.S.-based investment company Tiger Global Management LLC.

According to reliable sources, the funding round also saw participation from existing investors such as Hummingbird Ventures, Epiq Capital Investment Advisory LLP, and Sequoia Capital. The company valuation has now surpassed USD 550 million.

These fresh investments will be used to expand Pristyn Care’s services in medical technology as well as to develop various types of minimally invasive procedures, further allowing it to reinforce its presence in India. Dr. Vaibhav, co-founder of Pristyn Care reportedly stated that the fresh investments can allow the healthcare startup to focus on modern medical technologies in order to offer state-of-the-art treatment options to patients.
